Mehtods To Look Amazing In Your Women’S Swimsuit Next Vacation Season

January 30th, 2010

For many women, trying on women bathing suits is one of the most terrifying things that you can do. After the winter when you get to cover everything up and eat comfort food for months you can get quite a shock when you come face to face with your thighs in fluorescent lighting. You can avoid this though if you start getting prepared for summer before the mercury starts rising.

The key factor between emerging from the changing room in a salinas bikinis in tears or emerging triumphant is a little thing we like to call exercise. You may not like it too much, but it will make you feel good as well as look good if you get into shape.

You should ideally do something active every day. If you absolutely cannot, then you should at least try for 3 or 4 times a week. Half of the week you should plan to do active things that you like. Put some thought into it and invite others to do it with you to make it more fun. It could be basketball, roller blading or whatever else you actually enjoy doing.

On the days when you are not doing your favored activities you have to do a combination of cardio aerobic exercise and toning exercises. Cardio exercises might include power walking, jogging, aerobics, swimming, jump rope or anything else that you end up feeling puffed with. Again, it does not really matter what type of aerobic exercise you are doing, but you should be doing it for about 30 minutes and get out of breath and sweaty. If your face is not red and you are not huffing and puffing, then you are not working hard enough.

In addition to your aerobic work out, you will need to do some toning exercises to strengthen the muscles and give them that lean and attractive look that looks great in swimwear. Lunges, squats and plies will be your best friend to tone up the thighs and butt, which is the danger area for most women. If you hold weight on your stomach area, then you will need to include abdominal exercises as well to get it in string bikini shape.

There are many different ways to do the butt and thigh toning lunges and squats. If you have bad knees or ankles then you can do them against a wall using a fit ball. For other variations do a quick search on the Internet. Try to include a variety of exercises that target this area. If you retain weight around your tummy, then you will need to include some specific abdominal crunches and core strengthening exercises.

In order to get the best results you should also watch what you are eating and minimize fatty, sugary and processed foods. Also make sure that you are drinking lots of water to flush out your system and the toxins that can build up and lead to cellulite, bloating and weight gain.

If you get rid of the processed foods from your diet you will most certainly lose weight and feel a lot better in your string bikini swimwear. You will probably see a reduction in the amount of cellulite that you have as well. By doing some exercise the flabby bits that normally scare you in the swimwear changing room will have magically disappeared and you will emerge with your self esteem intact and excited about hitting the beach to show off your hot new body.
